Support ults cost nerf

Do you think the ult cost being nerfed will balance the Luna, C&D, Invisible Woman, Mantis healing ults?

There is a chance that a decent dps can get their ult and use it before the support get theirs, this will give more skilled dps players advantage and the support will get their ults slower since it costs more so they will need to play better instead of getting an ult within 20 seconds of mixed healing and damage with basic attacks.

There is a possibility that reducing the duration of the ult by 5 seconds depends on which hero might be a secondary thing to look at.

Adam is the only one who needs a buff for the ult cost since his takes too long.
