I literally can’t progress

I am in act 2, and all of my equipment is maxed the best I can. I am still 1500 but every mode(tournament,challenge and bodyguards) is either insane or impossible. Even if I beat two insane ones I still can’t level up. What do I do? I equipped all my equipment.
