Let’s talk about Shank and his crew in chapter 1126

Okay, so I feel like I’m in the minority here but Yassop didn’t do anything wrong, we can not forget these guys are pirates, and they aren’t just any crew, they are the crew of an emperor. Even if Shanks and Yassop have a soft spot for Luffy, Barto burned down Shanks flag, his Jolly Roger, and replaced it with another one. It’s been said what a Jolly Roger means to a pirate and for Barto to burn it down it like declaring war, just like when Luffy had sniper king burn down the world government flag.

Let’s go back to water 7 when Ussop left the crew remember what Zoro was talking about, he said he doesn’t mind how easy going Luffy is but he can’t let people walk all over him, why wouldn’t the same logic apply here? We even see it right away when Barto said “I thought an emperor of the sea would be more blood thirsty, Guess he’s a bigger softy than i realized” the instant disrespect. We love Barto yes, we love Luffy yes, but that doesn’t mean he can get away with disrespecting other crew because they’ll retaliate, same thing with Kid, he pulled up on Shanks and got his shit rocked.

Barto by pulling up on Shanks territory, a place under his flag, under his Jolly Roger which again Barto burned down, its as if he had pulled up on Shanks himself, Yassop can’t let that disrespect go unpunished, had it been any other crew that isn’t affiliated with Luffy and Yassop did the same thing there is not a doubt in my mind they the fan would be cheer Yassop name for the weeks, but apparently Shanks or Yassop are the dicks? And if you say that Yassop fired while they’re backs where turned or something along those lines again they are pirates.
