Is this a quetzal?

Was just grabbing some loot and came across this beauty, but not sure if it’s a quetzal or not lol.

Forgive the 240p my 8gigs of ram are working on overdrive. For context this is a solo run of the island and my first time playing. I am a level 55 Just a few questions: 1. Is this rare? I’m not sure if I’m dumb but I recall them being really rare 2. Will it disappear? Or will it stay in that general area? 3. Is it actually a quetzal?
