How to hire a driver for the day?

Hi, I’m visiting a nearby village about an hour outside Jalandhar. I am looking for the best way to hire a driver for a day? Or if there is a way to get a drive from Point A to Point B, and I can get another driver for the return trip.

I downloaded Alo/Uber but they don’t service my area.
