Switching from vyvance to Wellbutrin XL

I was prescribed to switch from vyvance to Wellbutrin by my doctor to treat tiredness/sleepiness caused by taking Lexapro Im two days off of vyvance, should I wait some time to start Wellbutrin or I can just start it right after? I forgot to discuss it with the doc…
