open dm

Hi i have a question that has been bugging me for a while. I run a big fanpage for a celebrity (52k) and when i go to dm them i can freely send them dms from that account, while I can’t from my personal because it says the person needs to follow me back or accept my invite…now, this person has their read receipts off but me being able to send messages and custumise the chat etc means they accept our dm request right! Thanks’
